A young woman (19 years old) has been charged with the murder of her newborn son inside a hospital bathroom in Artesia. The tragic incident occurred when she allegedly placed her baby in a hospital trash bag. Although the young woman initially claimed that the child was stillborn, the autopsy report denied her statement.
